Material to be transcribed can be sent by many ways - including email of digitised audio files.
We provide a variety of flexible pricing options depending on the sound quality, number of speakers and the turnaround time required for the transcripts. We generally charge per audio minute and our prices can vary depending on the above. All our transc
riptionists and proof-readers go through a highly intensive training program. After initial transcription, a proof reader then listens to the entire recording and reads the transcript word for word, correcting any typing errors, mis-spelt words or omissions. The final transcript therefore goes through the eyes and ears of at least two separate people before it reaches you (sometimes three in cases of poor audio). As a result of this process, you receive a very high quality, error free transcript.
In addition, we have specialist teams for technical and other work - including improving poor audio & video recordings.
Completed transcriptions can be returned by many methods including same day courier or email for those very urgent court cases, or by post as required.
